About Me

Hi, I’m Brooke. As a lifelong athlete and advocate for a healthy lifestyle, I’m passionate about helping women discover, or rediscover, their love for movement and embrace healthier habits.

After earning degrees in business and finance, I spent years working in the financial industry, startups, and most recently tech. While I enjoyed the work, the highlight of my day was always the gym. Whether I was training jiu-jitsu, lifting weights, preparing for a marathon, or simply moving on an active recovery day, fitness was what I looked forward to most. Over time, it became impossible to ignore that my true purpose was helping other professional women feel better in their bodies and look forward to the time they get to move each day.

Over the years, I’ve worked 1:1 with women who share similar goals—losing fat, transforming their body composition, getting stronger, and gaining confidence in the gym. Many were brand new to lifting weights or hadn’t made themselves a priority in years. Watching them build strength, create sustainable habits, and finally feel confident in their bodies has been the most rewarding part of my work.

That impact is what drives me every single day. I know how overwhelming it can feel to start, and I also know how empowering it is when you finally feel strong, capable, and confident—both in your body and in the gym. My role is to give you the structure, support, and encouragement to get there and to remind you that you don’t have to do it alone.

Whether we work together in person here in the Boston MetroWest area, online with personalized coaching, or through one of my flexible programs, my goal is the same: to help you move better, feel stronger, look better, and transform your health in a way that lasts.

My mission is to help women build sustainable habits that transform not only their bodies, but also their confidence and quality of life.
