About Me
Hi, I’m Brooke.
Fitness has been a constant in my life for as long as I can remember. As a former college basketball player and team captain, marathon finisher, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt, movement has always been more than just exercise to me—it has been a source of discipline, confidence, resilience, and growth.
But my journey into coaching wasn’t a straight line.
After earning degrees in Business Management and Finance, I spent several years building a career in finance, startups, and tech. On paper, everything looked great—but something was missing. I wanted to do work that felt meaningful and aligned with who I truly was.
No matter how demanding life became, fitness was always the part of my day I looked forward to most. Whether I was strength training, training jiu-jitsu, preparing for a marathon, or simply moving to clear my mind, it was the one thing that consistently made me feel strong, grounded, and capable.
That’s when I realized something important: I didn’t just love fitness for the physical results. I loved what it gave me mentally and emotionally—the confidence, discipline, and strength that carried into every other area of life.
That realization ultimately led me to personal training.
Today, I help women build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that fit their real lives. I work primarily with women in their 30s–60s who want to lose body fat, improve body composition, build strength, and feel more confident in the gym. Many are busy professionals, moms, or women who have spent years prioritizing everyone else.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to start or restart your fitness journey. I also know how life-changing it feels when you begin to feel strong, capable, and confident again.
My approach is rooted in sustainability. I believe fitness should enhance your life—not consume it. My goal is to help you build healthy habits, train with purpose, and create results that actually last.
Whether we work together in person or online, my mission remains the same: to help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
