About Me

I’m Brooke, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Functional Kettlebell certification (PPSC FKT), currently studying for my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). My background as a college basketball player, Honolulu Marathon finisher (2024), and 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu blue belt gives me a diverse foundation in performance, strength training, and fitness.

Before coaching, I spent years in the corporate world after earning my Business Management degree and a Master of Science in Finance from Clark University. While I built a career in business, I realized my true passion was helping people live longer, healthier lives. Today, I combine my professional background with my love for fitness to empower women to feel capable, confident, and in control of their bodies—at every stage of life.
